“Ever hear the saying, ‘one day at a time’. Perhaps, you have. Do you know what it means? Do you know the truth behind it? It is both quite simple and quite profound. It is practical and magical at the same time.  Do not be anxious about tomorrow. Do you know why?

We can’t live but one day at a time. Actually, we can only live one moment at a time. Right now. The past is gone. The future hasn’t happened. You can only live right now where you are at. Tomorrow will look after itself. You have no choice but to live right now.

While you can plan for tomorrow you cannot guarantee results. So let go. No matter what you do you can’t control the future or what will happen. You can’t control people, events, circumstances or the weather. So relax. Drop worry. Surrender. Live fully this moment.

Note To Self: Thing To Do – Live In The Present – Right Now

Concentrate on being here now. Live this moment fully and the next moment will take care of itself. Be grateful now. Live with, and in, gratitude and the next moment will take care of itself. Get it? You can’t control it, but you can live the best you are able. You only have now. So live it well. Bit by bit, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day. Live, love, laugh and learn. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
