Before great change is great opposition. It’s always darkest before dawn. Water boils at 212. It is noisiest prior to boiling. 211 degrees the water is hot. 1 degree change and the water boils and becomes steam. Only 1 degree more and energy is released. It transforms!

Only 1 added degree makes all the difference. At 211 the water is hot and noisy. Add 1 degree of change and there’s transformation. You only need to make small changes to get large changes. Enough baby steps in the right direction and you can reach Everest’s peak!
