“Want to manifest more money? How about better health, too? How about the ability to manage your mindset? How’d you like to choose happiness more often? Remember, it’s WHO you are that determines what you have. WHO you are determines the words and actions you use to create the results you want and the things you get to enjoy. It’s important to focus on becoming that kind of person.

Become a positive person for whom manifesting is easy. Remain focused on this intention but remember to enjoy yourself all along the way. Have fun. Delight yourself. Enjoy many things. Open up. Express yourself. Feel gratitude. Sing, dance, skip. Put a spring in your step and a song in your heart. Be available to all that is. Learn to receive and to give. Feel alive. Do things that you enjoy and make you feel alive.

Do Something new. Challenge yourself! Learn a new ability or skill. It will keep you sharp and benefit you in many ways. Dedicate yourself to learning and growing. Realize life is a process. You are a process. Transformation is a process of energy changing. Have fun discovering things you never considered before. Open new doorways. Move through them exploring. Find new adventures! Explore. Discover!

DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF

Move. Dance, do yoga, exercise, walk, enjoy nature, get outdoors. It’s great for the body and the spirit. Take up singing, or music lessons. Playing keyboards and stringed instruments are great for keeping your brain agile and help increase intelligence. This is because you move your fingers which is a proven brain benefit.  Learn another language. Travel. Go to new places in your locale or around the world.

Visit the theater, museums, and festivals. Read and study areas of new interest. Play new games. Golf, volleyball, Monopoly or chess. Take up hobbies that make you think. Act in your local theater or student films. Take up photography or painting or sculpting. Challenge your own mind set. Challenge your own beliefs. Discover and uproot limitations. Be willing to believe new and better things about you and others.

Go help at a shelter or volunteer somewhere that can utilize your talents. Helping others is a great way to help yourself. Add novelty to your daily routines. Doing new things in new ways keeps your brain and you healthier. You feel less stress and more wellbeing. Plants are either growing or dying. The living plant stretches towards the sun. To feel fulfilled and stay healthy you need to do new things.

Do things that not only add to your enjoyment but that stretch you and require you to use your mental and physical abilities. Just as a plant needs nutrition, you need stimulation. Stay active! Stimulation and challenge are greater predictors of success than IQ. Don’t avoid challenges or tough times. Embrace them! Develop the winning mindset that states ‘I can do anything!’  Attitude is the #1 predictor!

Realize that you are a great learner. Everything you think, say and do you’ve learned. You’ve learned some impressive things in your lifetime and some silly ones. You’ve learned habits that serve you and one’s you may wish you hadn’t acquired. This means you can learn anything. Know this and move forward learning new things that serve and benefit you. You’ll benefit just from the attempt alone.

Extract the lessons and value from life’s harder moments. Learn and learn to let go. Release old wounds and pain. Celebrate them for what you learned and how you can grow from them but let the wound and hurt go. Celebrate that you are alive. Celebrate the good moments. Savor them. Appreciate all your life and the people in it. Learn to have a positive, optimistic, enthusiastic attitude toward you and your life.

Make learning and enjoying challenges a habit. Think and say, ‘I can learn to do anything I put my mind to!’ Then learn to do new things. Continue to develop and excel. A determined attitude and playfulness will get you farther than anything else. Winners love a hard game. They seek people and situations that force them to do their best. They love to overcome the odds! Be a winner! Losers, lose. Winners, win!

Actively seek the next biggest challenge. Don’t avoid challenges. Find new ones. When you develop a ‘bring it on’ attitude you’ll discover you can more readily handle anything life throws at you. Though the journey may get rough at times you are mentally prepared to get to where you want to go. SO, Keep going! I repeat, keep going with the right attitude and you’ll get there.
