You don’t end negative self-talk. You change it to positive self-talk. You need to realize YOU are THE listener of any internal talk. Just as you listen to voices on the outside, you are the listener of the voice on the inside. The voice isn’t you. It just sounds like you. Notice this.

The talk isn’t real. You don’t have to believe it. You can watch it or listen to it as you would a liar or a bad movie. You don’t have to give it any credence. But, yes, you were conditioned to do that while growing up. It is only a matter of changing your conditioning.
