This happens because what you focus on expand. Thoughts become things. What you think about you bring about. What you expect tends too manifest. Energy goes where your attention goes. So when you think about it a lot you give it energy and create or attract it.
Expect bad or tough times and it usually is. Expect something to be difficult and it may be. You’re certain something will go wrong and it usually does. Expectations set our creative, manifesting, attracting frame. What we believe will happen typically does. You’ve noticed?
