Typically, you’re confused because you listen to your head. Your inner-voice debates pros and cons, repeatedly. Even keeping you awake at night. Your mind jumps back and forth from one side to the other. This ‘monkey mind’ is the issue. You’re listening to it. STOP!
You’re trying to figure things out using your head. It doesn’t work. Your heart, your gut, your inner being, knows the way. It works in silence, not words. ‘Be still and know.’ You must check your feelings. Learn to let go of the mind and trust your gut. Learn that language.
Your Heart Knows The Way Run In That Direction
You may need to sit with this awhile. Learn how your inner self communicates with you. Learn the signals. It won’t come in words, but in sensations. Sit. Be still. Get quiet inside.
