“Our inner thoughts can rag on us and make us feel bad. It is true. Most people have self-talk, thoughts and internal images that serve to make them feel less than they are AND they don’t want them. They fight feeling bad and hate much of all of it. Many do. Do you?

Our inner thoughts, memories, beliefs, experiences, talents, can also be resources. In fact, they are. Whatever we have from our past too, contains some of the necessary ingredients for positive present moments. Get this. Everything can be a resource because it is one.

Resources can be anything that helps us change our difficult moments into better ones. Any thought, feeling, circumstance, event or other persons can prove us into becoming and being completely different. These are opportunities to transform and transcend.

Things don’t happen to us they happen for us. The universe isn’t trying to break you down but give you a breakthrough. Your subconscious isn’t sabotaging you but attempting to keep you alive and the same. Yes, it keeps you within your comfort zone purposely.

We can transcend and get outside our comfort zone and completely transform using the very moments and situations and people we hate, don’t want and try to avoid. They are all a call to awaken. Most people miss them because they don’t tune into the possibilities.

We can change ourselves by stopping what we perpetuate and begin being new. We can think positive and feel better. That at least is a beginning.  Positive thinking is really a misnomer. It is not merely about thinking a thought which is positive. It isn’t ignoring anything.

It should be thought of as making positive choices. Whenever I mention positive thinking I mean exercising the power we have to find and think the very best thoughts needed and focus on these. It means we find and choose to feel the very best feelings. Get it.

Each moment we can focus on the best we can find. That makes each moment a useful moment. It means we seek and find within us the best resources that are useful in whatever situations we may be going through. We have everything we need to make any change.

Resources ARE our inner thoughts, memories, beliefs, experiences, talents and whatever we have from our past that contains some of the necessary ingredients for the present moment. Resources can be anything that helps us change difficult moments into better ones.

The key is deliberately bringing our minds back to the best. Focus on the most beneficial, even the most “positive” thoughts and stick with them. The same applies to finding our best feelings. When we do this repeatedly we train our neurology to repeat it.

We train ourselves to make a habit of finding the best and most useful of what we have and to use it in each moment especially when needed. We can transform the mundane to delightful.  It need isn’t only about transforming challenges. Seek and experience the optimum each day. Each moment. Experience the best.
