It’s been called ‘Neuroplasticity’ and the concept has been understood in modern times since the 1800s. The concept of a malleable brain goes back to ancient times. Recent scientific breakthroughs have supported this understanding.

While your brain is most malleable while developing through childhood it continues all through your life. This resilience is how permanent learning takes place as when learning to swim, speak a new language, juggle, play an instrument and acquire any new skill.

You and I are so fortunate. We can overcome most things some people think impossible and we can learn new things many people may deem especially difficult. We can learn great good things or destructive habits. The best news is we can make positive changes.

In seminars and training rooms I’ve been talking ‘Neuroplasticity’ since the early 80s. Before the term was coined. I’ve been teaching and sharing how you can learn to re-wire your brain and grow new neural connections to accomplish the important changes you desire.

It helps if you are in the correct, uplifted, positive, engaged, emotional FEELING state. When you are inspired and motivated, eager and ready for change, or to take charge, it is the easiest. This is why I continually remind you to learn to vibe high and feel your best.

When you feel your best your brain is most fluid and primed to learn and grow. When your not, or your down, distracted, disengaged, bored, ho-hum your brain is less fluid. You’re not likely to re-wire. Instead, you train your brain to do what you’re currently doing.

Get it? To make the most of your ability to change ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! Plus, the more focused you are and dedicated to mastering new positive abilities and habits the easier it becomes. A positive attitude and commitment makes all the difference!

The more you want it the more you are able to get it. The greater the focused desire, the willingness to do whatever it takes, the more passionate you are about it the swifter and easier you make new lasting neural connections. The quicker you develop positive habits.

When your attitude is right and you correctly practice or rehearse the new thinking, feeling, and behavioral skills repeatedly, consistently, and for long enough the new wiring, the connections, become stronger, more efficient, automatic and reliable.

You develop new positive habits easiest when you are in the right emotional state and frame of mind. That said you can inch your way toward it from wherever you are. I write a lot about this in my book and teach it in my live and online seminars. You can do this! Get it?
