“Today, make your day count for you and for someone else. There is enough going on around us to distract us from the fact that there are very good people in the world and that most days are very good days. We get distracted by events and we can get caught up.

That is not to say the events don’t deserve attention and correction. They do. They and people involved need love, peace, kindness, compassion, understanding, and assistance in so many ways. If you can help and do something nice to comfort and air please do so.

It is important. I also want to remind you to do that anyway. Do that daily. Be loving, kind and thoughtful. Do something nice for someone. Help someone out. Go the extra mile and do something without expecting anything in return. Simply, be thoughtful and kind.

Live Love Laugh Learn – Peace Love Understanding Compassion

Gift someone. Say a positive and encouraging word. Demonstrate support. Be enthusiastic with them. Help understand their troubles without becoming coming troubled. Offer them a way up and out. Heal, feed, nurture and care. Speak only to bless, heal and prosper.

Give today. While you are at it, consider making it a daily practice. Pay it forward in some way. It need not be extravagant, but it is okay if it is. Simple, genuine acts of graciousness, kindness, positivity and love often have a profound lasting effect. Look for people to uplift. Spread some  of the good around now, when times are turbulent and when they aren’t. Be a beacon of light. Help everyone celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
