“Do you struggle with problems new or old? Do you struggle with the same problems again and again? Do the same issues come around again or simply continue to persist? People have a way of maintaining the problem while wanting it to be resolved. Let it go!

What does it mean to let go? It does not mean to ignore. It means to hold in an open palm the butterfly. Be willing for it to leave or stay. Letting go is not the same as not caring. Letting go is allowing. To acknowledge and drop it from being an issue. It means trusting.

Some people cling to problems because they’re afraid to let go. They are comfortable having problems and can’t imagine it being otherwise. Problems give them something to do; to fight, to complain about, to share with others, to worry over. They maintain.

Letting Go Isn’t Not Caring But That You Stop Trying To Control

Letting go means to shift. It means withdrawing energy from the situation, the person, the event, the issue. It means stop  putting energy into the problem, maintaining the problem, overcoming the problem and trust all will be well. No matter what.

If the butterfly stays in your open palm, fine. If it flies away, fine. Whatever is, is meant to be. Meanwhile, you carry on and find the blessings in all things. Let go and let god handle it. Whatever your concept of god is. Stop controlling. Start trusting. Let go, let god.

It doesn’t matter whether it is your personal god, the universe, source, energy, a higher power, your higher self. Trust! It all works out in the end. If it hasn’t yet worked out, it isn’t the end yet. Keep the faith. Stop it being a problem. Be open to it working out. All is good. All will be good. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

“Rex says, ‘When you do little new things, bit by bit, you become a person who can change and do new things. I have been doing small new things for a while now and it’s a wonderful habit. It’s fun and powerful. I realized how having that habit allows one to break and build any habit, which is very liberating power to have. Funny how often complex ideas are thought to be somehow deep and profound just because they are complex, but these Mind Design principles are something else because of their simplicity. Amazing how cool things happen when you just do them. Equally amazing to imagine what it must have taken to put them together in this effortless to learn way. Takes enormous mastery to reduce complex ideas to their simpliest form but not simpler.” Robert Bogsten, Marketing Copyrighter, Turku, Finland

“Thanks to the Mind Design process, I have discovered that I have more indomitable strength and courage than I gave myself credit for!”  Kathy Strong, NLP Trainer and Coach, Bleadon, England
