“Your thoughts are seeds. You plant them. They grow and eventually you harvest. Your mind will grow whatever you focus on. Good or bad it doesn’t care. Your mind does not care whether you think positive or negative! It will grow it just as soil doesn’t care.

Whether you plant corn or wheat, or food or poison the soil doesn’t care or judge. It accepts and grows whatever you plant.  Whatever you plant in your mind is returned to you. You reap what you sow. Therefore, plant positive, powerful, ‘I can do’, healthy thoughts.

It’s simple to understand. You get back what you put out. For decades we’ve understood the principle of GIGO first popularized in cybernetics. GIGO stands for ‘garbage in garbage out.’ This means if you fill yourself with garbage you will get garbage out. In then out!

Success can be yours BUT if you do nothing, nothing changes!

If you write bad computer programming you get bad results. You get back what you put in. The same applies to your thinking. What you focus on is what you get back. If you think good thoughts, the result is you’ll get more good thoughts. Negative returns negative.

No one is making this stuff up. You don’t have to go anywhere to understand the accuracy of these concepts. This is why it is important to understand you become what you think about. You get what you think about. What you focus on expands. Understand?

You are in charge of the results you get. Your experience of reality is directly tied to how you conceive it. What you think determines your reality. I’m not referring to brick and mortar structures. I’m referring to how much you enjoy your life. Get this!
