“Do you have trouble falling asleep? Do you have difficulty staying asleep? If you said yes, you can change that. You can learn to get a good night of sleep and easily fall asleep. You can condition yourself to sleep well and make it a reliable wonderful and supportive habit.

Stop all electronic use at least one hour prior to bed. Read in a chair use your bed only for sleep. Don’t use the phone or computer in bed. Don’t sleep near router or WiFi. Put your phone far away from you and shut it off, or at least the sound, so you aren’t interrupted.

Make it pitch black. No light. Use a mask if necessary. Make it cool Often bedrooms are too warm. Leave a window open for a little fresh air, if possible. You might use some lavender scent nearby. Either essential oil drops on a nearby pillow or in a silent diffuser.

Take A Deep Breath And Simply Enjoy Your Life – Relax – Let Go

White noise, nature sounds or some quiet soft soothing music can help. Progressively relax. Tense muscles groups and relax from top of head to tips of toes. Breathe. Focus on each set of muscles, tense, relax and breathe. Tense each specific area for 10 seconds and let go.

Begin with your face and head, then move down through your neck and throat, shoulders, chest and upper back, arms and hands, stomach and low back, butt cheeks, thighs, calves, and feet. Tense and relax. Let go. Feel the tension drain away from your body.

Imagine and visualize being in a warm comfortable  shower. The water cascades over your body soothing and relaxing you. It enters through the top of your head, relaxing and cleansing the insides of you, draining out the bottom of your feet, washing away all tensions.
