“How do you make this a habit? Every time you notice you’re thinking or feeling less than gloriously you must deliberately steer your thinking back to the positive thoughts. Positive thoughts produce positive feelings. It’s neural wiring and neural chemistry. Positive thoughts release positive healthy chemicals that help you feel good. Feeling good produces more positive thoughts. Negative thoughts produce stress.

Negative thinking releases chemicals that can lead to disorder and disease. You want to discover the ways to feel the best you can feel. Focus on good thoughts. Feel gratitude and appreciation. Keep your mind positive. Do those things that make you feel positive and delighted. The goal is to feel the best you can each moment. Keep doing this long enough and you will make returning to the positive a habit.

Keep celebrating long enough and you will make celebrating, even in the face of adversity, a habit. Habits are formed by consistent repetition over time. Habits are formed by repeated practice. You deliberately take control of your mind and your feelings to make thinking and feeling positive a habit. Actors practice their lines to memorize them. How about memorizing feelings and thinking happy?

DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF

When it becomes an automatic, reliable habit you won’t have to think about it because you’ll simply respond to whatever life offers with a positive attitude. You’ll think, ‘Great, I am so blessed! Something wonderful is coming my way. I may not be able to see it, explain it or justify it but something wonderful is about to happen. I feel it! I just know it’ At that point things get easier. You think more positively.

Because you’ve more positive thoughts and feelings you get more positive thoughts and feelings! Birds of a feather flock together! Like attracts like. Momentum increases. More good feelings produce more good feelings. By feeling good and thinking positive you can be, do and have most anything. You’re operating from the optimum creative place. From your own personal abundance, you create more.

You live larger and live well, feeling good. Life becomes magical. Things begin going your way. Attitude is everything! When your attitude is right there’s no stopping you. When your attitude is right, you can create more good. You’re a creator. You’re intentional and deliberate. You create and attract what you need to manifest your desires. It becomes quite magical.
