You and I live from our conditioning and drag the past, suffering and disappointment with us. Once we become aware that this is what we are doing we can stop telling and stop believing the lies. WE need to update the stories we tell ourselves instead of continuing the old.
Most of us live as we live because we don’t realize we actually have a choice and the power to change it. We believe the ‘it’s too hard…I’ve tried everything… it doesn’t work,’ lies. BUT you can change yourself and your world when you take charge of yourself. YOU CAN!!!

Until then you live less than you could, less than you deserve and far less than you are capable of living. There IS greatness within you. The potential is unlimited and infinite. The body has limitations but you, your spirit, does not. Update, upgrade, and up-level yourself.
Everything is a story you tell yourself. It can’t be, and isn’t, otherwise. Once you get this, choose to tell yourself better stories to get better results. Left to run on automatic, you’ll perpetuate the old suffering. Take charge to perpetuate positive new ways to BE! Become new!
