‘I prayed for twenty years but received no answer until I prayed with my legs.’ – Frederick Douglass. This quote exemplifies what I just said. If you want it to come true it is up to you. Yes, fix your desire in your mind. Focus on it. Then take the daily steps to make it happen.
Without action to make it happen, nothing happens. Imagine if the Wright Brothers spent time dreaming to fly but not experimenting with the actual machinery. Do you think we’d have air travel? How about the building you live in? Would it be built? Yes, dream it first!
Update And Upgrade Your Attitude & Self-Image With Ease
Planning and working the plan is next. Take action, get feedback and adjust as necessary. People get ‘The Secret’ wrong lazily thinking all they needed to do is dream it, but not do anything to follow through. They hope dreaming is a wish-fulfilling cow. It isn’t. You go first!
There’s no genii granting your wishes, but you. You are the genii who makes things happen, but not by wishing. Dreaming it up is the first part of the process, yes. It is important, yes! You still need the other parts. Focus on it and keep at it until you finish making it.
Do you wish for a cake to magically appear on your table? If you dream of having cake dream up or find a recipe. Gather the ingredients. Mix them in proper order and bake it for the correct amount of time. Remove it from the oven and enjoy the cake.
Activate Your Attitude To Act With Greater Ease And Succeed
You dreamt of having cake. Be glad you made one. OR do whatever is necessary to purchase one. Make the order. Go to the store and pick it up or have it delivered. Get it?
