If you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got. Understand this and you can change. Commit to making a difference for yourself. Notice the old habits. Stop it in its tracks. Shift to do something positive new. This way you create new habits.

You must stop doing the old. You must stop reacting as Pavlov’s dog and drooling when the bell rings. You use the trigger to trigger a new and useful behavior instead of the one you want to change. Get this? It takes your conscious attention to rewire your brain in new ways.

BUT you can do it. It is easier than you think. You catch or notice the old behavior. Interrupt it. Take a few deep breaths. Laugh. Move around. Do anything positive and healthy that interrupts you from continuing on in the old way. PAUSE and then shift into the new.

Change is happening even when you are discouraged, frustrated or aren’t aware of any difference. When these feelings arise notice them and re-direct. This is how you begin to gain control and mastery over the process. You rewire your brain for success.

You create some space, through awareness to begin to think, feel, speak and act in new and different and more productive ways. Repeat this correctly and consistently until it becomes a habit. You take conscious control to create new, more useful, positive habits.

Do it in the face of resistance and difficulty and you’ll transform the resistance. You’ll transform yourself into one who can more easily move ahead. Inside you, you already are all possibilities. Don’t short change yourself, just because you may have in the past.

Choose to be the person you’d like to become. If you don’t like what you’re doing, learn to do something else. Do anything else. Become positive and practice remaining positive. When you master these basics you’ll be able to manifest marvelously and get incredible results. Believe you can and you will. Become a champion using the law of attraction.
