“Are you focused on lack or abundance, loneliness or love, sickness or health? What are you consistently focused on most of the time? Is it pain and suffering, past disappointing and hurtful memories or wonderful, good times? What you focus on determines how you feel.

Ask yourself this question over and over again. ‘Am I focused on the good?’ Are you? What are you most aware of? Ask yourself, ‘what am I aware of now?’ Keep asking. Are you focused on joy, peace and love or lack, hardship and feeling bad? Believe it or not, it’s your choice.

Are you focused on distractions? Are you caught up in daily drudgery or are you focused on making what you want happen? If you aren’t focused on what you want but on anything else, you’re not going to get what you want. What you focus on expands.

You get what you are focused on. Is it your big goal, what you want, your purpose, love, delight, and feeling good, or all the distractions negativity and what you can’t do? What you get back depends on what you’re focused on. So what is your life and your results like?

What must you and I do? You must learn to reprogram and condition your subconscious to bring about what you intend to bring about. You train yourself where and what to focus on consistently. Your brain is your servant. It will always deliver what it is programmed to.

So, what are you presently getting? You are getting what it was programmed to give you. If you don’t like the results and current circumstances of your life, learn to change it. Get this. If you always do what you always did you’ll always get what you always got UNTIL you learn to change it and take control. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
