The bad news is you probably won’t. Few people take charge of their lives and master their abilities to live the life of their dreams. That is why there is a 1 or 2%. 98% toil and struggle. If you want to be happy and successful you need to make some changes. Get it?

You need to aim your mind in a positive direction. Then go in that direction. Consider your brain like the accelerator pedal of your car. The pedal doesn’t care whether you are right or wrong, violating the law, or racing to a hospital when you push on it. It doesn’t evaluate.

What We Want To Do With Ease We Must First Do With Diligence

It just reacts as programmed. It does as it is told. Whatever, your brain does today, that you don’t like and wish it did differently, is what you told it to do all the while you were growing up. You didn’t know that is what you were doing but you were training your brain.

In order to do new things, the things you prefer to do instead of the old limiting habits of behavior, you need to re-train your brain to do new things. It won’t learn on its own. Get it? YOU must similarly re-condition it to how it first learned but this time with purpose!

You first trained it without realizing you were. NOW you must take charge and train it to do what you want. It already does some of that, and it does some that you don’t want. You get afraid, worried, sad, frustrated, procrastinate and think negatively. You can end that.

If You Always Do What You Did You’ll Always Get What You Got

You can learn to think positively, do what you want, become confident and courageous. You can be the you, you have always wanted to be! You must design your mind and your life to be what you want it to be, just as an architect designs a building. Get it?

Once you design it, you carry out the plans for making it what you want. You intentionally train your brain to habitually do the things that serve and support you. You train it to think positively in crisis and other times. You train yourself to feel good, vibe high, and practice gratitude. You learn to recognize everything as a blessing and see opportunities you previously missed. Get it? Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
