“Consider this. Your body is composed of trillions of cells. Some the same. Some different. They are all part of your body. They work sequentially and simultaneously together. Some grow sick and lead to disorder. Some die. Some heal. Health is working together.
One organism has trillions of cells. The planet has billions of organisms. We are in a gas bubble circling the sun. Within this cloud-covered globe are billions of humans working together. Some get sick. Some die. Some even argue. Some divide and hate. BUT
We’ve one organism. It’s this gas cloud-covered globe. There may be others in the trillions and trillions of heavenly bodies out there. Seems there is a macrocosm and a microcosm. Bodies with cells. We are the cells of this planet. Get this. We are the cells of this planet.

We think we’re separate. We think we’re different. We think we’re individuals. Not connected. That’s an illusion. In the same way, we see individual trees above ground but don’t see the interconnecting root system below the ground. Trees aren’t separate. They are one.
We are one. Maybe that’s what mirror neurons are all about. We reflect each other because we are one species. One organism living on the planet the same way cells make up our body. Some cells are conscious as humans. Others are in different forms. We are one.
Because we are one organism we mirror and reflect each other. Because we are also conscious we think we are separate instead of recognizing we are all part of something greater. We are part of something larger. We are not just connected we are one life-form.

We are the cells of the planet thinking we are separate, different, individual, some better than others, blah, blah, blah. We are life. We are conscious. We live and then we don’t. We leave. New ones arise. We are a process. Don’t you think it’s time we accept ourselves?
How about we start loving and appreciating ourselves? The way we’ve been acting maybe we are a cancer on the planet. We are scaring it. Harming it. Perhaps, it too can heal. Perhaps, we need to work together harmoniously to promote life. We need to evolve.
We are all the same. Made from the same stardust. We are all energy. We are made of the same chemicals as the earth. We aren’t different. We only think we are. We are one. We are the source. We ought to begin acting as one, not as many.

We ought to unite. We are in a boat. Time to all face the same direction, put our oars in the water and row together. When we fight each other, row at different times or opposite directions we won’t get far. We have to work together in unison and harmony. Get it?
Use the consciousness we have to stop hating and start healing. We only have this planet and us in it. You’d think we could do a better job of getting along. Perhaps, we could if only we would. We are all one even when at odds with each other. One species = One organism.
