“Meditate or think on this: ‘We become what we think about most frequently.’ What do you think about most frequently? What fills your mind throughout the day? Do you think thoughts of happiness, well-being, positive action thoughts or are you whining, complaining and worrying? What you hold in your mind, you hold in your body. You create well-being or stress by your thoughts.

Make today count! Decide to produce well-being instead of stress. Think the best thoughts. Your feelings and actions are a result of your thinking AND vice versa. If you want your life to change for the better you have to change things in your life FOR THE BETTER. Today become aware of where you spend your mind time and what you think about most frequently. Decide to think the best.

No excuses. It doesn’t matter why you spend time thinking what you think. No reason or justification is necessary. Just notice your thinking patterns and ask yourself, do they serve you as best they could? If not, choose to improve your thinking. If you want your life to change, it is completely up to you to change your thinking. Change what you are focused on. Focus on gratitude.

Become aware and notice. Don’t judge. Don’t chide yourself. Just notice what you mostly do and then choose to think better. Make yourself think and feel a little more positive. Think the opposite of whatever less-than-glorious thought you think. Choose to focus on the positive. Choose to find the good and express your gratitude. Put your attention on what is the best about yourself.

Look for the best in other people, the event or situation. Focus on good thoughts and feelings. Find the best and concentrate on staying with the best. Fill your mind with delight, appreciation, positive thoughts and feelings and THEN notice the difference it makes for you when you do this. It may seem a little weird or tough at first because it is not what you habitually do. So it will feel odd.

BUT keep at it and it will become more natural and familiar. Stick with it and it will become second nature. How much time each day do you nurture and nourish yourself? Probably not enough. So commit to spending more time loving yourself and doing good things for you. Make it a point to increase it. Amaze and astonish yourself. Marvel in each moment.
