When you know for certain what you want and are certain you’ll make it happen, you will. Here is the real secret: you attract what you are, not what you want. This is why you must visualize and ‘act as if’ you already have exactly what you want. You BE it first.

Then  you get it! In order to get it back what you put out, you have to already be it or have it. Do you get it? You must be it on the inside first! If you want money, then first, you must be rich inside and feel wealthy before the cash will come. This IS the way it works!
